As part of ISO 9001, T-L annually surveys their customers' satisfaction to determine what can be done better and what is being done well. All respondents have had at least one season's experience with their T-L and many have had experience with electrically powered systems, as well. When asked if they would purchase another T-L, 98% said they would buy T-L again!
